Surface Plasmon Enhanced Biosensors
In this presentation, surface plasmon resonance is combined with fluorescence enhancement, magnetic nanoparticles assay and electrofocusing technologies for the development of highly sensitive biosensors.For instance, we developed Au nanohole arrays for the co-excitation of propagating surface plasmon (PSP) and localized surface plasmon (LSP) and applied it for the directional fluorescence emission on biosensing1.
