Enzyme-Catalyzed Formation of Supramolecular Hydrogels Based Vaccine Enhanced Humoral Immune Responses

摘要：

Nanotechnology has been widely used in immunity owing to its super properties.In this study, we introduced promising vaccine adjuvants of self-assembling peptide hydrogels by using the model protein OVA.The hydrogels were formed by the enzyme of phosphatase, and we evaluated the vaccine adjuvant potency of both L-and D-peptide hydrogels.
