Carbazole-based Conjugated Microporous Polymers and Derived Carbons for Efficient CO2 and Energy Storage
Conjugated microporous polymers (CMPs) are a new type of porous organic materials with permanent nanopores and tailored functionalities, which have shown great potential in gas adsorption,1 heterogeneous catalysis,2 and electrochemical energy storage (EES).3 Supercapacitors, as ESS devices, are greatly developed due to fast charging/discharging rate, high specific power density, long cycling life and wide working temperature range.4 They operate on the simple mechanism of adsorption of ions from the electrolyte on high-surface-area electrodes.
