Introduction Polyoxymethylene (POM) is an important engineering plastic with a high crystalline degree, high mechanical strength, excellent solvent and abrasion resistance, and good dimensional stability, which has the potential to prepare a high-performance fiber1-4.However, industrial production of POM fiber is always difficult due to poor thermal stability, high crystallization speed, and other key issues.
