Two-steps Pyrolysis Brown Coal and Biomass

　　Brown coal and biomass are important resources.Brown coal and biomass was separated and synthesize pyrolysis based on synchronous thermogravimety.The results show the pyrolysis process of brown coal and biomass can be separated into three steps that are diying and preheating,volatilization removaling, carbonizating.The course of pyrolysis biomass is similar but pyrolysis temperature is different.Traditional adding hydrogen coal pyrolysis needed pure hydrogen act as reaction gas, so that more higher obtain rate of light tar was achieved.This increased the investment if we used the hydrogen pyrolysis technical.If two-steps pyrolysis was used in the process of the pyrolysis of brown coal and biomass, provide biomass pyrolysis gas can replace costly hydrogen resource to carry out adding hydrogen pyrolysis coal.At the same time, light oils quality and amount are increased but the heavy oil are reduced.The test showed two steps pyrolysis is feasible.
