Introduction Piezoelectric materials have been used in the field of piezoelectric devices such as sensors, ultrasonic motors,transformers, and actuators because of their outstanding dielectric and piezoelectric properties and the enormous breakdown strength1.The piezoelectric ceramics(PMS-PZT) is a well-known ferroelectric material which has a high dielectric constant, high polarization, and low coercive field.
