1.Introduction According to Bulletin of the National Survey of 1％ Population Sampling Survey in 2015 issued by the China National Bureau of Statistics on April 20, 2016, there are nearly 222 million (221,820,000).Chinese people who are 60 years old or above, accounted for 16.15％ of the total population;and there are 144 million (143,740,000) Chinese people who are 65 years old or above, accounted for 10.47％ of the total population.
