1.The Development and History of Le-Ling Learning Since 1993, Taiwan has officially been depicted as an aging society by the World Health Organization due to the rapid increase in its ageing population.It has been predicted that by 2017, the number of individuals over the age of 65 will reach 14% of the entire population.This phenomenon not only calls for a change in public policies but also reveals the need to introduce key successful ageing protocols in the hopes of benefitting many citizens in terms of their pre-retirement preparation and post-retirement living.
