The characteristics of the grayscales rank difference of the bleached plain weave silk fabrics
In order to discuss the characteristic of the grayscales information with the different structural configuration and the different degree of degumming on plain weave silk fabrics, the silk fabrics with different structures and warp and weft density specifications, such as Georgette, Habotai, Crepe de Chine,Chiffon, Crepon, and so on, in total of fifteen plain weave silk fabric products were chosen.The textile CAD system was used to set four grades of grayscale.When processing the sample on the color separation function, the test could get the ratio of different grayscales pixel values.The result showed that the color separation function on the jacquard CAD system can be used to analyze the grayscales rank difference information of fabrics images, but it could not judge the degumming degree of gray fabrics.
