摘要：

　　In order to producea kind of imitating mink cashmere knitted fabric with light ,soft, suede fullnessandfine texture,at the same time is well received by consumers, then polyester / acrylic/PTT are selected to design Spinning and knittingprocess, finally each process of 21tex blended yarn processon the polyester / acrylic /PTT (40/30/30)takes the necessary measures by repeated experiments.To improve the yarn performance.The spinning process from drafting ratio, spacer thickness, three factors cradle pressure by orthogonal design,And through the yarn strength and hairness of the two indexes optimization of spinning process, spinning out meet the knitting the yarn, after knitting imitation mink cashmere fabric as base, base on the other side of the villi, with good fabric appearance and wearing properties and reduce the cost of production, to meet the needs of the vast number of consumers.
