Wrinkle resistance analysis of the fabric blended pupa protein fiber

  This paper use pupa protein fiber to woven interwoven fabric with various fibers, while changing component ratios of fibers and the fabric weave.The warp yarns of fabric is mulberry silk,and weft yarns were various yarn material includes a 50% pupa protein fiber and 50% modal blended yarn, 50% protein fiber and 50% of Tencel blended yarn, 40% protein fiber and 60% acrylic blended yarn, 50% protein fiber and 50% long-staple cotton blended yarn, 100% silk, 100% cashmere and 10% cashmere and 30% silk and 60 % OPTIM blended yarn.The organizations include: plain, 2/2 twill, 3/1 twill, five satin and 8 satin, which makes of 35 interwoven fabrics to further performance test analysis.After the fabric air permeability, anti-wrinkle and anti-pilling analysis of three wearability test, It concludes that: using 8-shaft warp-faced stain, the crease immediate-elastic recovery angle of blended silkworm pupa protein fiber with Tencel is greater than 100% silk yarn because less interlace points, wrinkle resilience compared with the weave of spun silk is good;Using plain weave, crease recovery angle of blended silkworm pupa protein fiber with long-staple cotton is the largest, wrinkle resilience is better;Using 2/2 twill weave weaving, crease recovery angle of silkworm chrysalis protein blended fabric is smaller than 100% spun silk, wrinkle resilience is not good.Using plain and 2/2 twill weave, crease recovery angle of silkworm chrysalis protein blended fabric is smaller than 100% cashmere fabric, wrinkle resilience is not good.
