Research of Reactive Inkjet Printing Ink
Variety of surfactant research technologies were used, optimized the viscosity, surface tension and pH value of ink, set ink formula, developed a new type of water-based reactive inkjet printing ink, the indexes such as the K/S value, washing fastness, fixation, surface tension and viscosity etc.accorded with GB.The new reactive inkjet printing ink has excellent print smooth,bright color, high saturation, good storage stability, good reproducibility and low cost, solved the nozzle blocked and environmental problems, meet the market demand.
