Research on Investment Decision of Agricultural High-tech Project in Liaoning Province
Agricultural high-tech investment projects have built an effective bridge between science technology and agricultural production,with bringing opportunities and vitalities to the agricultural development, when agricultural development is currently in the transformation period from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture in Liaoning Province.Investment Company plays a positive role in the process of agricultural development, however, it also leads to problems at the same time.Based on the characteristics of agricultural high-tech projects,this paper analyzes agricultural high-tech projects status and proposes scientific investment decision-making system, that is: formulating scientific investment decision-making process,improving the investment decision evaluation,conducting investment decision by using Fuzzy Hierarchy Comprehensive Analysis, then coming to the conclusion by using actual case.
