Synchronous Control of Four Hydraulic Motors Based on Variable Universe Fuzzy Control
The rotation speed of hydraulic motors in the rotary support table(RST)is vulnerable to uncertain factors such as load disturbance and the errors while manufacturing and assembling hydraulic motors and their gears.To address the problems of synchronization and stability required by four hydraulic motors, a method of variable universe fuzzy PID control based on the fuzzy control is put forward in this article, control parameters is realized by using fuzzy control and variable region since the setting and control rules of self-adjustment.Applying it to the synchronous control of four hydraulic motors, the results show that the method has better synchronicity and stability.
