Calculation of Vehicle Tire Force Based on Matlab
Gim tire model program was written in Matlab,using Matlab program plot curves as follow: ①longitudinal force due to pure slip ratio;②lateral force and self-aligning torque due to pure slip angel;③lateral force and self-aligning torque due to both slip and camber angles and ④lateral force versus longitudinal force due to combination of slip ratio, slip angle and camber angle.The result indicates the program can illustrate longitudinal force, lateral force, and self-aligning torque figure in different situations.The Matlab program can be directly applied to analysis of vehicles dynamics and control system.
