The Design and Optimization of FSC Racing Suspension Rocker System

  This paper aims to discuss the design and optimization of FSC racing suspension rocker system.This paper will introduce the structure and design principles of rocker system;and then the paper comprehensively expounds the design and optimization theories and methods of the motion ratio(referred to as MR),suspension stiffness and damping coefficient;the racing car ride model and the geometry of rocker has been established.Finally, we use ADAMS to optimize MR value and use ANSYS to lightweight;and roll validation predicts that the racing roll performance is reasonable.
