Structure Analysis of Concrete Pumps Boom

摘要：

　　The 25 meters 4 knuckle arm concrete pump truck is studied in this paper, and according to the actual boom structure, CATIA three-dimensional entity model is established.The Hypermesh is used to carry out the pretreatment, and the Nastran is to finite element analysis its strength and stiffness.In dangerous state, the stress distribution and deformation condition of cantilever is examined.The article will carry on structure and size optimization on its weak links.
