The Security Analysis of Bridge Erector Based on the Midas
The girder crane arm of JQD32mm/500t single arm box beam bridge erector which is made by Handan Beiheng Engineering Machine Company is taken as research object.Through brief introduction of the structure of this bridge erector and the working condition of erecting beam, this paper studies every kind of disadvantageous working condition.Under every kind of typical disadvantageous working condition, theoretical analysis of the girder crane arm operative mode is done Based on the Midas civil which is the common analysis and design software of bridge structure, the bending moment,stress and reaction of girder crane arm under typical disadvantageous working conditions are obtained.The results is compared with safety standards of bridge erector under general work conditions, in the meanwhile, explanation is briefly presented.Reference method for design and security test of congeneric bridge erector is provided.
