Dynamics Analysis of Vibrating Screen System for Asphalt Mixing Equipment
A dynamics model of vibrating screen for asphalt mixing equipment was established in this paper.Direction inconsistency between mechanical vibration and springs support,the influence of support beatings and sieve-plate stiffness on the vibrating screen, were considered in this model.The amplitude distribution of different locations of vibrating screen is investigated,and the effect of different vibration direction angle on displacement and stress is studied by using finite dement method(FEM).The results show that the displacement of vibrating screen increases with the increasing of exciter frequency and the decreasing of tilt angle for vibration screen.The main displacement and stress increase with the change of vibration direction angle β, when β varies from 0° to 90°.The displacement near the material inlet is greater than that near the material outlet along the length direction of vibration screen.
