Study on Key Technology of Remote Monitoring System with Construction Machinerys External PAC
Recently, there is a strong demand for remote monitoring of engineering equipment.However, most controllers data interfaces are not available,as a result of which we fail to acquire the basic data for remote monitoring.The cost of the industrial real-time database used in remote monitoring system is expensive.In order to solve these problems, we collect the running states of the equipment by an external programmable automation controller and several external sensors.Besides, we use the HTTP to prevent the data loss problem caused by the network interruption, and designed the data compression and data reduction algorithm to reduce the data storage space,which realizes the storage and usage of real-time data.This method is feasible through prototype verification.
