The Data Acquisition System Design of Construction Machinery Driving Parameter

摘要：

　　Based on LabVIEW software and USB data acquisition(DAQ)devices, to establish the multi-channel data acquisition method and system of construction machinery in real-time conditions,measure the parameters matching performance and shift quality of powertrain in the machine, and provide testing method for evaluating powertrain.The data acquisition system designed can acquire oil pressure, oil temperature and acceleration parameters when construction machinery is moving, which may provide data support for the subsequent development of driving warning system and provide necessary information for the diagnosis of construction machinery failure.
