Control System of Rotating Pan Type Centralized Grease Lubricating System Based on PLC

摘要：

　　This design conducted a virtual test according to the lubricating requirements of large-scale equipment and the shortcoming of common grease distributor,rotating pan type grease distributor was proposed and designed.Based on this new distributor, step-by-step hydraulic system was designed for centralized grease lubricating system.On the analysis of PPI protocol and the requirement function of centralized grease lubricating system, S7-200 serial PLC were chosen for the control system to make lubricating system automatic and intelligent.
