Coordinated Control for Tractive Driving System of Track-laying Machinery in High Speed Railway Construction
This paper deals with the development and the design of electro-hydraulic proportion tractive control system of Track-laying machinery(TLM)used in high speed railway construction.In order to increase the driving ability and the travelling smoothness of TLM, a coordinated synchronization control scheme for multiple-axle-hydraulic-driving system under controller network framework is proposed.The travelling speed of the TLM is chosen as the primary command variable.By using the measured triggering-wheel speed, a networked electro-hydraulic proportion control system which implements the tracking control for the wheel-rail travelling,the sleeper-conveying and sleeperlaying control has been developed.Addressed the coordinated synchronization of the travelling system, the synchronized master command synchronization approach is designed for coordination between the crawler vehicle and the wheelrail work vehicle.The simulation, the worksite test and the practical application in working site show that the developed control system can meet the operation requirements of TLM.
