Study on the Design of Control System of Intelligent Forklift
In order to improve the forklift work efficiency,save operating costs, and enhance work safety and accuracy, this paper studies the design of the intelligent forklift.Making the truck is intelligent, informatization, and automation of high-tech products.Intelligent forklift will work in the smart factory, making the modern factory reach an unprecedented high level.It can automatically complete tasks of carrying transport flitting, classification of goods,management of cargo storage.Combination of the upper computer and lower computer is best way to make forklift smart.The upper computer analysis and process, and lower computer control hardware of forklift.Visual Studio Microsoft development platform develop a general computerexecutable exe execution software for the upper computer.Keil uVision4 development platform develop a general microcontroller admitted hex file for lower computer, for Increasing general using of system.In this paper,we successfully completed the design of systems of intelligent forklift.
