An Implementation Architecture of Network Theory-based Manufacturing for Complex Construction Machinery
Since construction machinery is an important component of equipment industry, research on a new manufacturing method for construction machinery has important effects on promoting manufacturing capacity upgrading of our construction machinery industry.In this paper, the manufacturing of complex construction machinery was taken as the research object.To begin with, the implementation architecture of network theory-based manufacturing was proposed.Then, three technical issues had been presented, including dynamic modelling and case-based matching of product family, enterprise-level production organization driven by parts outsourcing, and workshop-level resource planning based on intelligent Internet of Things.Finally,some conclusions were put forward.
