Instantaneous Speed Measurement and Error Analysis for Variable Speed Hydraulic System

  In order to monitor the running state of the piston motor and measure its instantaneous speed accurately,based on the industrial computer and data acquisition card,the main source, influence mechanism and treatment method of the data quantization error are mainly analyzed.By adopting hybrid programming approach between LabVIEW and MATLAB, the measurement system which is used to measure instantaneous speed of the piston motor in variable speed hydraulic system is designed.The simulation and experimental results show that the designed speed-measure system is available.At the same time, it displays the sample frequency has an important influence on the speed measurement of the piston motor.The higher the sample frequency can lower the speed fluctuation error and improve the measurement accuracy.
