Contact Simulation Analysis of the Loader Wheel Reducer Gear
The reducer gear structure size of ZL100 loader was obtained through the reverse calculation for the design of large tonnage loader drive axle.In order to check the rationality of the structure parameters of gear, the simulation model is established by adopting meshing dynamic analysis of gear.Considering the influence of normal contact stiffness factor(FKN) value and friction coefficient, a static contact simulation analysis of spur gear is performed under extreme situation when wheelside reducer getting maximum torque.Based on static analysis,the dynamic contact simulation analysis is done.The equivalent contact stress simulation results compared with the Hertz calculation results,the error is 6.91% and 7.92% for static and dynamic simulation analysis.The results provided theoretical basis for the design and application of gear system for large tonnage loader wheel.
