A Study of Simulation on the Energy Recycling of a Hydraulic Test Bench Based on Amesim
In order to reduce consumption of the traditional hydraulic test in throttling and over flowing control, a hydraulic bench system with the power recovery methods is proposed in this paper.The structure and working principles are introduced.Then each component of key parameters is analyzed.With AMESim software, the hydraulic bench model based on power recovery methods is established and the recovery efficiency of the hydraulic system and the dynamic response of pumps displacement are simulated.The feasibility of the system is verified by the simulation result and the experimental data.The results show that, the power consumption is reduced and the system cooling efficiency is improved through the power recovery methods.
