Research on Rolling Bearing Fault Diagnosis Based on Full Vector Empirical Mode Decomposition
Focus on the problems of fault message missing and diagnosing result not exact by the traditional single-channel method, this paper proposed a full vector empirical mode decomposition method, which uses the full vector message fuse skill and combines the empirical mode decomposition.First of all, use the empirical mode decomposition (EMD) arithmetic to decompose the two-channel signal into some signal of different frequency, and then mix the signal together by the full vector, finally carry on Fourier Transformation, in the end, we can find the corresponding frequency of extreme point, and confine the fault frequency.Experiment shows that, this method can accurately find out the fault frequency.
