Study on Start Control of Heavy Vehicle Based on Optimal Control Theory

  Based on the test of starting control of heavy vehicles in which the electric motor was used as the power source,dynamic equations of the vehicle starting were established according to the starting system.The quadratic optimal control theory was used to optimize the starting control according to the different requirements in different starting conditions.Regarding shift impact and friction work as performance index, the control of oil pressure was optimized by changing the weight between impact and friction work during the process of clutch engagement in the simulation.And then the rules of oil pressure change could be obtained with different working targets, thereby providing guidance for the selection of weight and the control strategies of oil pressure.
