Influence Law of Cold Milling Machines Milling Parameters on Single Tools Milling Resistance Force

　　By analysing the changing process of milling thickness during single-tools milling process, calculation formula of single tools milling resistance force is deduced based on shear failure model.Combing with a cold milling machine, the variation pattern of milling convexity and single tools milling resistance force with milling speed, drumrevolving speed and milling depth are obtained.Simulation result give a typical example that by change the value of milling speed and milling depth, the single tools milling resistance force of can be controlled within 8kN.The results will give reference to researchers.
