Zero Deviation Characterization of Hydraulic Jet Pipe Servo Valve
This paper analyses the structure and working principle of hydraulic jet pipe servo valve, and the zero deviation characterization under the condition of asymmetrical pre-stage structure and fiction change between valve bush and valve core was obtained.The results show that the relationship between the zero deviation characterization of the hydraulic jet pipe servo valve and torque motor installed mechanical asymmetry deviation is linear;applying a current I0 can eliminate the receiving area difference between the left and right receiving holes.Temperature change and oil pollution lead to the change of the viscous drag between valve bush and valve core, causing zero deviation.This paper provides a certain basis for the research and processing of the hydraulic jet pipe servo valve.
