Integrated Optimization of Disassembling and Assembling in Hybrid Manufacturing/Remanufacturing System
To achieve production balance and coordination of hybrid manufacturing/remanufacturing system, an integrated optimization model for disassembling and assembling was proposed in accordance with proportion of parts supply of disassembly to parts demand of assembly.This model not only considereddisassembling quantity, time, but also considered stability of disassembly line.A heuristic adaptive genetic algorithm was used to solve the above mentioned problem.In this algorithm, two concepts,key parts set and universal parts set were firstly defined to set heuristic rule for chromosome encoding, and then judging rule for validity of chromosome was set.Taking remanufacturing of waste engine as an example, simulated results showed that the model and its corresponding algorithm can effectively solve the problem.
