Test Service Measurement System of ATS

摘要：

　　The test modes always change with the expanding applications of the automatic test system(ATS).In order to select a test system which satisfies the requirements of the customer best and measures the test quality of service(QoSTest)of the system, a series of measurement index which applied to the test field have been proposed on the basis of the service measurement index(SMI)and key performance indicators (KPIs).The paper proposes the test service measurement index(SMITest)and achieves the purpose of a systematic evaluation of different types of systems and provides a reference for the customers to select a test system.
