Research of Power System in Hydraulic Hybrid Tandem Vibratory Roller Part A :Analysis of Control Strategies

  The aim of this study is to investigate the control strategies of hydraulic hybrid used in tandem vibratory roller.The working condition and operating characteristics of tandem vibratory roller are analysed firstly.The control strategies named constant output torque is put forward to overcome the defects of power waste and unstable conditions in traditional system.According to the limitation of constant output torque, the work point is divided into five states including engine drive mode, hybrid drive mode, driving charging mode, regenerative braking mode, idle/stopping mode, achieving hydraulic hybrid in tandem vibratory roller in different conditions.In these control strategies,parallel hybrid system of machinery-hydraulic is adopted and its hydraulic hybrid system schematic is designed based on the structure of tandem vibratory roller.These have the positive improvement of the working quality and efficiency of current tandem vibratory roller.
