Brake Energy Optimization Recovery of Two-speed Pure Electric Vehicle
For the two-speed electric vehicle, in order to optimize the recovery of braking energy to improve the driving range.First under the braking stability of electric vehicles the brake force distribution scheme is designed.Second in order to improve the efficiency of the mechanical transmission system during the braking energy recovery, the economy shift schedule of the transmission is designed.The vehicle performance simulation platform is built under the Matlab/Simulink.The recovery of braking energy is comparative analysis when gear box uses economy shift schedule or do not shift case under NEDC condition.The simulation results show that comparing to not shifting the recovery of braking energy of using economy shift schedule is more than 4.724kJ, the recovery of braking energy is 1038.415kJ in all.
