Test System for the Clutch Control Valve

摘要：

　　Aiming at the test on the performance and calibration of clutch control valve equipped on a power shift transmission, a test system is development and realized.The clutch control valves working principle, functions and characteristics are introduced.The corresponding hydraulic system is designed for the test system.The oil pressure at the test point is detected by the sensor and the data are transferred to the host computer.The host computer displays the real-time oil pressure data by using LabVIEW software.Practical experiments show the test stand can work well on the valves performance and calibration test.
