Research on Hybrid Power Energy Saving Technology in Hydraulic Excavator Based on Energy Recovery Technology

摘要：

　　The energy saving technology in hydraulic excavator has been one of the research topics in the field.The present research situation of energy saving technology including energy recovery and hybrid power techniques in hy draulic excavator is expounded in this paper.The characteristics of braking energy in rotary system and falling potential energy in working devices are analyzed.In view of existing insufficiency, two kinds of hybrid energy saving techniques based on braking energy in rotary system and falling potential energy in working device are put forward.Some shortcomings of the existing energy recovery system are improved, and the purpose of energy saving is achieved.
