The Bucket Load Testing Method of Hydraulic Excavator

摘要：

　　A testing method was presented to measure the force of excavator bucket in this paper.The key to the method is to design sensors.The sensors were designed to measure the three-force of the pin which was used to link the dipper and the bucket and the force of the linkage.Then according to the measured data and the data of the bucket position,the bucket load was worked out.This method can calculate the bucket load in different situations, such as forward load, partial load and lateral load.
