Fatigue Analysis of Revolving Platform of Rotary Drilling Rig Based on Damage Curve Approach
In this paper, three stage nonlinear fatigue cumulative damage model of revolving platform is put forward considering influence of fatigue loading sequence and nonlinear cumulative damage.The material crack length is used to depict damage degree compared to Miner linear theory.Then static analysis is carried out on the platform, and normal distribution samples of stress-time history are processed to obtain load spectrum by rain flow count method.The Goodman curve is adopted to get corrected discrete load spectrum, and fatigue analysis software NCODE is used to simulate fatigue life and damage with S-N fatigue design.Simulation results shows that beam structure of rotating platform undertake more fatigue damage, which is consistent with the actual situation.
