Dynamic Analysis of Rotary Drilling Rig Working Device Based on Rigid-flexible Coupling
The paper introduces how to build a flexible body in ADAMS firstly.Then the model of rotary drilling rig working device is built with the method of rigid-flexible coupling.Kinematics and dynamics analysis of the working device system is carried out.According to the simulations of the luffing conditions and drilling conditions, the load spectrums of key hinge point and the stress distribution contours are obtained.The paper achieves to build a rigid-flexible coupling working system, and through which, the advantages of rigid-flexible coupling based on the multi-body dynamics simulation are shown.
