Innovation Design and Simulation Analysis of the Small Comprehensive Road Maintenance Vehicle

  Combine the concept of 3R green design with the idea of modular design, a method of innovative design is proposed based on the theory system of TRIZ innovation for establishing model.After analyzing the current development of domestic road comprehensive maintenance equipment in our country, the innovation design model is applied to the creative design of road comprehensive maintenance vehicle with the foundation of cold repair technology.Use the Pro/E software to establish the whole structure three-dimensional model of the maintenance vehicle and key components of the maintenance vehicle by mean of virtual prototyping technology for simulation analysis,the simulation results show that the maintenance vehicle structure design is reasonable and it can achieve the design functions.The method of building innovation model is correct,which provides a new design method for the innovation of similar products.
