Research and Development of New Multifunctional Crawler Mounted Silent Piler
With the development of infrastructure and the improvement of environmental protection requirements, silent piler has been widely used because of its advantages such as non-noise, non-pollution and non-impact, etc.For the problem which is waiting to be solved urgently that adhesion type silent piler and walking type silent piler are all inconvenient to transfer fields or position, this paper researches and develops a new multifunctional crawler silent piler.This paper also introduces its primary structure, particularly the operating principle of pile pressing mechanism and the process of transverse translation with the crawler chassis, and makes the finite element analysis of the pile clamping device.
