The Structure Parameters Optimization of Turning Platform for Auger Drill
Auger drill, working in the construction of construction foundation engineering, drilling with kinds of drilling tools, plays a vital role in the development of urbanization.The turning platform is a mainly component of auger drill, It supports the working device, luffing device, etc.bearing impact loads under pressuring drilling, promotion and offloading conditions.In this paper, forcing conditions of I-shape bearing beam in turning platform were analysed,other accessory structure were simplified.Two optimization problems of structure parameters for bearing beam were described in detail.In the first one, the buckling load coefficient in buckling analysis was selected as optimization objective.In the second one, the maximum stress was optimization objective.The proper structure parameters were determined comprehensively by comparing two optimization results.The optimizations were solved by ANSYS optimization module, the finite element model of beam was constructed with shell elements.
