Analysis and Optimization of Helical Gear Basic Parameters Based on Orthogonal Experimental Design
Knowing the influence of basic parameters on mesh stiffness is crucial, as well as the degrees they affect.With the time-vary mesh stiffness and its fluctuations as subjects of research, based on the analysis of orthogonal experiments and principle of calculating mesh stiffness by finite element method during one whole mesh period, the comprehensive effect law of basic parameters and their effect degrees on mesh stiffness are obtained which can be powerful references to improve dynamic characteristics of gear driving system.
