The experimental study of the astrophysical S-factor of 6Li(p, γ)7Be reaction
The low-energy astrophysical S-factors of the 6Li(p,γ)7Be reaction have been investigated on a new low energy experimental terminal which is designed for the low energy astrophysical experiments at the Institute of Modem Physics in Lanzhou.The S-factor of The experimental S-factor of this reaction shows an interesting sizable drop contrary to any existing theoretical expectations at energies below 200 keV.The structure of the S-factors hints a new level in 7Be.The spin and parity of this new level is discussed.In addition, our new results are discussed in the frame work ofa SUSY assisted Big-Bang Nucleosynthesis (BBN) model.
