The Applications of Optical Measurement and Inspection in Precision Machining
Optical technology has broad application in manufacturing, communication,information technologies, medical science, defense, scientific research and education.It plays an important role in advancing science and technology, as well as in improving health and living standards for mankind.With the focus on the application of optical measurement and inspection in the field of precision machining, the current status and future trend of optical precision measurement and inspection technologies are reviewed.A rapid optical inspection method suitable for small defects on smooth surfaces were discussed in detail.
