Effect of Grinding Process on the Bonding of Surface and Coating of YM Cemented Carbide Tool
Carbide tool coating will be carried out after the cutting edge strengthening and surface treatment.In the actual process, the extent of the surface strengthening on the cutting edge of the tool will have an important effect on the adhesion and uniformity of the coating.In this paper, the control variable method is used to distinguish surface structure under different strengthening treatment and abrasive grain size in the cutting edge area of the carbide cutting tool.The abrasive flow strengthening process can be optimized by comparing with coating bonding performance in different conditions.
