Preparation and Swelling Property of Temperature-Sensitive Hydrogels

　　Temperature-sensitive hydrogels are obtained with the function of initiator and cross-linking agent by acrylic, n-butyl acrylate and copolyester, prepared by polyoxyethylene lauryl ether (MOA) and acrylic acid firstly.Swelling measurements of synthetic hydrogels have demonstrated the tunable physical and chemical properties by varying the concentration of the cross -linking agent, initiator and NaOH solution.The swelling ability of hydrogels in 0.1g/mL NaOH solution reaches maximum when the cross-linking agent percentage is 2% and the initiator was 0.1%.
