Preparation and Properties of PTFE Fiber Membrane

　　Nine kinds of pure PTFE fiber membranes were prepared with membrane-split PTFE as raw material according to orthogonal design.Their surface morphology, thickness, permeability, porosity and tensile property were tested.The results showed that there was still a large number of fibrous structure in fiber membrane, with thickness of 0.12 ~0.15mm, permeating rate of 80-101 mm/s, porosity size of 14-17 μm, breaking tenacity of 38-59N, and extension at break of 30%-38%.The orthogonal test showed density of fiber-web was the main factor of fiber membrane performance.
